The founders
Thomas Harbor
Thomas Harbor is the cofounder and Founding Editor of What’s up EU. He is an antitrust attorney at an international law firm in Brussels. He is an adjunct lecturer in economic policy and competition law Sciences Po.
Agnès de Fortanier
Agnès de Fortanier is the cofounder of What’s up EU. She is an antitrust attorney at an international law firm in London, which she joined after practising law in Paris.

They follow the news and choose the subject of each week’s briefing.
Thomas Veldkamp
Thomas Veldkamp is the Managing Editor at What’s up EU. Thomas previously worked as a corporate lawyer in New Yorker and as legal advisor to a major NGO in Central Africa and then in Brussels.
Arthur de Liedekerke
Arthur de Liedekerke is an Editor at What’s up EU. He is a partner and senior director at a geopolitics consultancy based in Brussels. He is a fellow at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA).
Anna Morin
Anna Morin is an Editor at What’s up EU. She is an associate director at a London-based consultancy specialised in international affairs and strategic communications, and previously worked as a consultant in Brussels for over three years and as an adviser to the Secretary-General of the OECD.
Auguste Naïm
Auguste Naïm is an Editor at What’s up EU. An economist by training, he was previously a member of the cabinet of the French Industry Minister and worked at the French Economy Ministry on industry financing.
Owain Richards
Owain Richards is an Editor at What’s up EU. He is a Madrid-based independent advisor on EU affairs, with more than ten years of experience advising companies on EU public affairs, regulation and political strategy. He previously worked in economic and political research in the Middle East.
Lorène de Gouvion
Lorène de Gouvion is an Editor at What’s up EU. She is a manager at a Brussels-based consultancy specialised in public policy, and previously worked on EU sanctions policy at the European External Action Service (EEAS), after a field posting in Donbas, Ukraine.
Noé Viland
Noé Viland is a project manager at What's up EU. He is currently a corporate and public management student at HEC and Sciences Po.
Joe Pearn
Joe Pearn is a project manager at What's up EU. He is currently a law student at Paris-Panthéon-Assas University and Humboldt University in Berlin.
